Currently, there is a gap in Standing Tumbling within the IASF Cheer Rules. Without adding an additional level (we have no interest in adding an additional level) there will always be a gap. The current gap is between Level 5 and Level 6. Level 5 only allows layouts in Standing Tumbling which goes to Level 6 which allows double full twists in standing tumbling (but must be——————.
The IASF I looking for your feedback in a couple of areas.
1. Where do you think the gap in standing tumbling should be (see below)?
2. In your country, whom do you consider a tumbling expert?
If any changes are made to the rules from a result of this process, the change will occur in the 2021-22 Season.
The process will work in this manner:
- We will collect the votes from the general public.
- Those results will be given to the selected tumbling experts from the different countries.
- The tumbling experts will vote on their recommendation.
- The tumbling expert’s recommendation will go to the IASF Rules Committee.
- A final decision will be made by the IASF Rules Committee.
- An announcement will be made with the final decision.
